Berry Breakfast Bowl | Vegan

Now that that’s out of the way, here’s my Berry Breakfast Bowl! I eat this for breakfast all.the.time. It’s my go-to since it requires such few ingredients and can be changed up every time. Depending on how much almond milk you put into the recipe, you can either have a smoothie, breakfast bowl, or banana nice cream. That’s what I love about veganism: small adjustments and you have something different!

Here are the ingredients:

1 1/3 Cup Bananas

1/2 Cup Strawberries or berries of your choice

1/3 Cup Almond Milk

1 Tbsp Almond Butter or Peanut Butter


1. Blend the bananas, berries, almond milk, and almond butter together. Start with less almond milk and add as needed to get to the right consistency. Pause the blend and stir as needed.

2. Add whatever toppings your heart desires!

3. Enjoy 🙂
