Who knew how much vegan butter you could consume…
Well now that I have devoured most of my leftovers and am feeling mighty guilty, it’s time to try and detox what I can. I am not fully detoxing – as in I am not juicing for 3 days straight – but I am going to replace a meal a day with a juice and redirecting my diet back to a healthy and fibrous one; which is very ironic considering we’re stripping down all the fiber to get our juices.
Not so proud of the photos I took but we will work with it. This juice is a great replacement for your boring old OJ in the morning but still gives you some vitamin D and some veggies! And the great thing is it only require 4 ingredients!
Ingredients (Serves 2-3):
- 1 Pomelo (or 2 grapefruits)
- 4 Carrots
- 2 Gala apples
- 1 Orange
- Juice (or blend) it all together!
